⅓ white or green cabbage, shredded
⅛ red cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
75mL lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
50mL Blues Hog Raspberry Chipotle Barbecue Sauce
- Mix everything but the coleslaw mix in a bowl and adjust salt and pepper to your preference.
- In a large bowl add the coleslaw mix and pour just enough of the dressing to coat everything as you toss the slaw. You don't want it swimming in dressing.
- Let it set for at least 20 minutes before serving.
