Raspberry Chipotle Coleslaw

Ingredients
⅓ white or green cabbage, shredded
⅛ red cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
250mL mayonnaise
75mL lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
50mL Blues Hog Raspberry Chipotle Barbecue Sauce

    Steps:

    1. Mix everything but the coleslaw mix in a bowl and adjust salt and pepper to your preference.
    2. In a large bowl add the coleslaw mix and pour just enough of the dressing to coat everything as you toss the slaw. You don't want it swimming in dressing.
    3.  Let it set for at least 20 minutes before serving.
