SHIPPING POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS

RUBS, SAUCES, ACCESSORIES, SMALL PORTABLE BBQS:

We are happy to offer Free Shipping on accessories and select small barbecues on web orders over $99 before taxes to most locations in Canada. Accessory orders under $99 will ship for $13.90 + tax to most locations across Canada. All orders are shipped by Canada Post, and ship within 5 business days.

Portable pizza ovens are subject to a $50 fragile shipping fee.

CHARCOAL, WOOD, PELLETS:

We are unable to ship fuel at this time, but are happy to offer in store pickup.

BARBECUES, PATIO & PIZZA OVENS:

All grills, smokers, patio and pizza ovens are pick-up only. We are not delivering at this time.

FIREPLACES:

Due to the nature of hearth products, we do not offer shipping or ordering of fireplaces online. If you would like to purchase a fireplace please visit us in store or contact us by email or phone.

PICK-UP YOUR ORDER AT STORE

You may choose to pick-up your order free of charge!  You can select these options during checkout.  You will be emailed when your order is ready for pick-up. Please allow 24-48 orders for your order to be processed and marked ready for pickup.
