Snacking is made easy with these delicious, salty, crunchy, and peppery pork belly cracklings
Tools and Ingredients:
- Pork skin
- Sucklebuster's SPG
- Any grill
Trim excess fat from the skin then cut into strips. Place the strips into a large pot of boiling salt water for 45 minutes.
Strain and dry off before seasoning with SPG Rub. Set up grill for two zone cooking (direct and indirect) and bring the temp to 350F.
Place seasoned strips on the cooler side, skin-side up and cook until it stiffens then flip over to blister the skin over direct heat.
Continue to cook flipping occasionally until crispy all over.
