Pesto Tomato and Goat Cheese Pizza

A refreshing alternative to the usual margherita pizza.

Roll dough to desired size. Spoon and spread pesto sauce. Crumble goat cheese on top of sauce. Add desired amount of cherry tomatoes.

Cook at 700f in wood fired oven or on a preheated pizza stone in your barbecue. Cook until cheese has melted, and dough is crispy. Garnish with olive oil and fresh basil.
